This paper analyzes on that the purpose of the state-owned commercial banks ＇ introducing oversea strategic investors is to change the sole state-owned equity structure, enhance the capital adequacy, and perfect the governance of the bank, and points out that our country should create certain favorable conditions to attract oversea strategic investors＇ investing enthusiasm, and increase the comprehensive strength of the state-owned banks.
