摘要
从分析知识型员工的特点以及因其流失而可能给企业带来的风险入手,提出了如何有效管理知识型员工的一些具体措施。
Starting from the analysis on the features of the knowledge-type personnel and the risks brought about by the loss of the knowledge-type personnel to the enterprise, this paper puts forward some concrete measures for making effective management of the knowledge-type personnel.
