摘要
工作绩效考评指标体系,是科技人力资源开发与管理中经常要运用到的一个重要标准。分析了我国现行的科学技术人员考核指标体系所存在的问题,探讨了重构工作绩效考评指标体系的依据、原则和方法及合理科学的工作绩效考评指标体系应具备的基本特征,旨在促进各类科学技术人员工作绩效考评指标体系及其考评实践工作的改革创新,切实提高其科学化水平。
The working performance evaluation index system is an important standard often used in the development and management of sci-tech human resource. This paper analyzes on the problems existing in our country's current evaluation index system for the sci-tech personnel, probes into the foundation, principle and method of rebuilding the working performance evaluation index system, and expounds the basic features of the rational and scientific working performance evaluation index system for the purpose of promoting the reform and innovation of the working performance evaluation index system for the sci-tech personnel and increasing its scientific level.
