摘要
人是组织发展的决定性因素,组织文化建设的核心是以人为本,组织文化建设与人力资源开发的和谐发展是组织管理者在组织长期发展中应重点规划的战略问题。重点介绍了组织文化建设与人力资源开发的关系,分析了人才对于组织文化建设的重要性,提出了人力资源开发的若干建议。
People is the determinative factor of the development of an organization, the core of the organizational culture construction is based on the people, and the harmonious development between organizational culture construction and the human resource development is a strategic issue that the organizational managers should make a deliberate plan during the long-term development of the organization. This paper mainly introduces the relation between the organizational culture construction and the human resource development, analyzes the importance the talents for the organizational culture construction, and puts forward some suggestions on the development of the human resource.
