This paper expounds an cost management strategy by using the organic combination of the intelligent decision system of the data mining and the neural network with ERP financial management, and puts forward an system model coupled by the intelligent decision and the ERP financial management, which includes the design of system＇s general frame, the design of the intelligent decision system and the coordinative operation of the modules.
