摘要
针对导弹套筒式级间分离连接机构,利用有限元分析软件AN SY S,经过合理简化,对其进行静止放置、最大过载、分离过程中的应力应变分析。计算结果表明,剪切螺钉和螺孔周围存在应力集中,剪应力在主级和螺钉接触处存在突变。摩擦影响使分离过程中V on M ises应力大于前两个阶段,最大应力出现在助推器孔周围,后过渡到两级接触边线上。计算结果符合理论和经验指导,为导弹级间连接机构设计和校核提供了一种有效方法。
In this paper, the finite element software ANSYS is used to analyze the stress and strain distribution of the sleeve stage-separatlon connecting appliances in the process of stable placed, max overloaded and separating by means of building reasonable simplified model. The calculated results indicate there are stress concentration in the cut-boh and the bolt hole. Von Mises stress in separation process along with friction is larger than that of the former two conditions, the biggest of which is around the booster hole at the beginning and then transferred to the contact boundary. All the results conform with the theory and experience, so we can get a reference for the designing of stage-separation connecting appliances.
