摘要
目的:研究山茱萸科植物山茱萸的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱等色谱方法进行化学成分的分离纯化,根据理化常数和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:得到3个化合物,对其中的一个化合物进行了分析,准确鉴定为熊果酸。结论:熊果酸能从山茱萸中成功分离。
Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents of Fructus Corni. Methods :The compounds were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel,and their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results:Three compounds were isolated from the titled plant and one was identified as ursolie acid. Conelusion:Ursolie acid was obtained from Fructus Corui.
