山茱萸中熊果酸的分离提取研究

Study on extraction and isolation of Fructus Corni

目的:研究山茱萸科植物山茱萸的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱等色谱方法进行化学成分的分离纯化,根据理化常数和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:得到3个化合物,对其中的一个化合物进行了分析,准确鉴定为熊果酸。结论:熊果酸能从山茱萸中成功分离。

Objective：To investigate the chemical constituents of Fructus Corni. Methods ：The compounds were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel,and their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results：Three compounds were isolated from the titled plant and one was identified as ursolie acid. Conelusion：Ursolie acid was obtained from Fructus Corui.
