摘要
目的:探讨IL-18在乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染中的作用。方法:用ELISA法测定107例HBV感染者和20例健康者血清中IL-18水平,荧光定量PCR法测定44例慢性肝炎患者血清中HBVDNA含量。结果:病毒性肝炎患者血清IL-18水平均高于正常对照组(P<0.01),在轻、中、重度慢性乙型肝炎及重型肝炎各组间血清IL-18水平存在显著性差异,(F=19.49,P<0.001);低病毒量组血清IL-18浓度高于高病毒量组(P<0.05)。血清IL-18水平与肝功能指标ALT、TBiL呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:IL-18可能参与乙型肝炎的免疫应答,在清除HBV的同时也造成肝细胞的损伤,并在一定程度上与肝损害程度相关。
Objective：To evaluate the possible roles of IL - 18 in hepatitis B virus （HBV） infection. Methods：Serum IL-18 level was measured byusing ELISA in 107 hepatitis patients and in 20 normal controls, and serum HBV-DNA content was detected by FQ - PCR in 44 chronic hepatitis B patients conformed. Results：The content ration of serum IL-18 in patients with different types of viral hepatitis was significantly higher than that in normal eontrols （P〈O.O1） Serum IL-18 level was significantly different among patients with mild, media ,severe chronic hepatitis and fulminant hepatitis B （F=19.49,P〈0.001）. In addition , the serum IL-18 level in patients with low HBV DNA content was higher than that in patients with high HBV-DNA content （P〈0.05）.There was a close positive correlation between IL-18 and ALT,TBiL in overall hepatitis B （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：The results show that IL-18 may take part in the host immunity against HBV, and is associated with HBV clearance and liver damage, to some degree.
