摘要
为利用灵敏的酶增强时间分辨荧光免疫分析(EATrFIA)测定生物活性物质,对三价铽离子[Tb(Ⅲ)],5-氟水杨酸磷酸盐(5-FSAP)和碱性磷酸酶(AP)的实验条件进行了探讨,并发现它们之间有着一些定量的关系.这些研究结果为时间分辨荧光分析(TrF)的发展积累了有益的资料.
To study the ultrasensitive enzymatically amplified time-resolved fluorescenceassay (TrF ) of bioactive matter, the experimental condition of trivalent terbium ion [Tb (Ⅲ) ], 5-fluorosalicyl phosphate ester (5-FSAP) and alkaline phosphatase (AP) have been investigated. It is found that there are some quantitative relationships between them. These results supply some good information for development of TrF.
