摘要
从茜草科植物白花蛇舌草(Oldenlandia diffusa (Willd)Roxb.)的水提取物中分离得到三个化合物,1,2,3。经理化常数测定及UV,IR,NMR,MS分析以及衍生物制备等方法,鉴定化合物1为熊果酸,化合物2为齐墩果酸,化合物3为4,4′-二羟基-α-古柯间二酸,其中化合物3为首次从天然界分得。
Three compounds were isolated from herb Oldenlandia diffusa(Willd)Roxb. (Rubiaceae). The water crude extract was partitioned between petroleum ether and water,ethyl acetate and water, n-butanoland water, respectively. The ethyl acetate fraction was chromatographedon silical gel column and ursolic acid (1),oleanolc acid (2) and 4, 4' -dihydroxy-a-truxillic acid (3) was obtained. Their structures were determined by means of UV.IR,MS,1HNMR and 13CNMR data and by the preparation of derivate. The compound(3)was isolated from natural belong to the first time.
