摘要
目的探讨超声造影剂SonoVue在肝移植中的应用价值。方法应用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪对40例患者(移植前20例,移植后20例)进行超声造影,使用SonoVue2.0～2.4ml,经肘静脉快速团注,VCR同步记录造影全过程。结果注射超声造影剂SonoVue后,移植前组门静脉显示提高到100%,肝内肿块由5个提高到7个,门静脉栓子2个提高到3个;在移植后组,对9例肝内局灶性病变进行有效鉴别,并早期发现1例门静脉附壁血栓形成。结论超声造影剂SonoVue可有助于肝移植术。
Objective To explore the applied value of ultrasound contrast agent SonoVue in liver transplantation. Methods 40 patients （pre-liver transplantation 20, post-liver transplantation 20）underwent contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination by color Doppler equipments. The contrast agent SonoVue 2.0-2.4ml was injected bolus rapidly through cubital vein, Using VCR record the whole process synchronously. Results After injection of contrast agent SonoVue,in the 20 cases of pre-liver transplantation, the display of potral veins were increased to 100%, and the number of visible hepatic tumers were increased from 5 to 7, and the number of portal veins thrombus from 2 to 3. While armong the 20 cases of post-liver transplantation,the injection of SonoVue could suceed in distinction of 9 cases of focal liver lesion and in discovery of 1 case portal vein thrombus early. Conclusion The contrast agent SonoVue can contribute to the liver transplantation.
