高频X线乳腺摄影在观察中药治疗乳腺增生病中的应用

Study on chinese traditional treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands monitored with the X-ray photo of high frequency

目的探讨高频X线乳腺摄影在观察中药治疗乳腺增生病中的应用价值。方法对确诊为乳腺增生症的270例患者分别给予穿牡合剂及乳康片治疗,以高频X线摄影随访,观察其治疗效果。结果临床总有效率治疗组为93%,对照组为82%,两组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。乳腺X线观察疗效分为治愈、好转、无变化和加重,其判断总有效率治疗组为87%,对照组为78%,两组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。临床疗效与高频X线判断疗效比较P>0.05,无统计学差异。结论穿牡合剂具有调整内分泌、抑制腺体增生、改善乳腺血运等作用,高频X线乳腺摄影作为其监测手段简便易行。

Objective To study the application value of the X-ray mammography of high frequency on monitoring the Chinese traditional treatment of hyperplasia of mamary glands. Methods Two hundred and seventy patients treated with CHUAN MU MIXTURE and RU KANG PIAN were measured before and after the treatment monitored with the X-ray Photo of High Frequency to evaluate the effects. Results There was a statistically significant difference between the experiment group and the control group as cured rate were 93% and 82% respectively （p〈0.01）. X-ray Photo of High Frequency showed the total cured rate in experimental group （87%）was significantly higher than that （73%） in control group （p〈0.01）. Conclusion CHUAN MU MIXTURE have definite effect on adjusting endocrine inhibiting heperplasia of mammary glands, and high frequency x-ray photo can be a easy and simple method on monitoring the changes of mamary glands.
