彩超和B-flow技术评估下肢深静脉瓣膜反流程度的临床价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨彩超和B-flow技术在检测下肢深静脉瓣膜反流程度的应用价值。方法对85例下肢静脉病患者进行检测,其中肢体反流0度10条,Ⅰ度22条,Ⅱ度26条,Ⅲ度17条,Ⅳ度10条,测量股总静脉直径、股浅静脉直径、反流时间、反流速度、平静呼吸速度、反流指数,同期行静脉造影。结果反流指数(除0度与Ⅰ、Ⅱ度外)两两之间差异均有显著意义。反流时间:Ⅳ度、Ⅲ度分别与Ⅰ度、Ⅱ度间差异有显著意义。股浅静脉与股总静脉直径各度之间差异无显著性意义。结论超声可准确诊断下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全,静脉反流指数是评价深静脉瓣膜功能不全反流程度的可靠指标。 Objective To discuss the clinical value of color Doppler flow imaging (CDTI) and B-flow technique in assessing the grade of deep venous valvular reguritation of lower limbs. Methods CDFI and B-flow technique were used to examine the deep veins of lower limbs in 85 cases. The diameter,reflux time, reflux velocity and reflux of common femoral vein and superficial femoral vein were calculated in groups with different grades. Veneography was performed in the same period. Results Except in reflux grade 0, Ⅰ and Ⅱ groups,there were statistical significant differences in reflux between other each two groups. With regard to reflux time,there were significant differences between grade Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅰ, groups. There was no statistical difference of venous diameter between common femoral vein and superficial femoral vein. Conclusion CDFI and B-flow technique can assess functional defect of deep veins of lower limbs accurately. Reflux index is a reliable parameter in evaluating the grade of deep venous valvular regurgitation.
