超声检测肝细胞癌供血动脉搏动指数与微血管密度的相关性研究

摘要 目的探讨肝细胞癌(HCC)周边供血动脉搏动指数(PI)与其微血管密度(MVD)的相关性,以达到在活体中用供血动脉的PI判断HCC微血管形成的程度和评价病人的预后。方法选取HCC患者118例,采用超声检测HCC供血动脉的PI、免疫组化染色计数HCC的MVD,统计方法采用t检验及直线相关分析。结果118例HCC的PI与MVD呈正相关,且有良好的相关性(r=0.674,t=5.821,P<0.05),其相关方程为Y=4.608X+28.764;PI及MVD均与肿块直径、分化程度无关(P>0.05),并呈一致性变化。结论借助超声检测HCC周边供血动脉PI是判断HCC微血管形成的程度和评价病人的预后的有效指标。 Objective To investigate the relationship between pulsatility index (PI) of feeding artery around hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) detected by sonography and HCC's microvessel density(MVD), so as to evaluate the extent of formative microvessel and the prognosis of patients with HCC using PI in living body. Methods One hundred and eighteen patients with HCC were selected to detect PI of feeding artery around HCC by sonography and count MVD of HCC with immunohistochemistry dyeing. The t test and rectilinear correlation analysis were adopted in statistics. Results There was positive correlation between PI and MVD in HCCs(r=-0.674,t=5.821 ,P〈0.05)and the correlation equation was: Y=4.608X+28.764. PI or MVD had nothing to do with the diameter of HCC or differentiation degree of HCC(P〉0.05). Conclusion PI of feeding artery around HCC detected by sonography is a reliable indicator for evaluating the extent of formative microvessel and the prognosis of patients with HCC.
