经阴道超声检测评估中药灌肠治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效

To evaluate the effect of endometriosis treat with traditional chinese medicine by transvaginal ultrasound

目的探讨中药保留灌肠对子宫内膜异位症患者子宫动脉血流动力学的变化与临床疗效的关系。方法应用经阴道超声分别观测32例用中药保留灌肠治疗的子宫内膜异位症患者在治疗前后子宫动脉血流阻力指数(RI)的变化。结果子宫内膜异位的患者治疗后黄体中期子宫动脉的RI变化与治疗前有显著差异。结论提示中药保留灌肠不仅能改善子宫内膜异位患者的临床症状,还能降低子宫黄体中期子宫动脉的阻力指数。

Objective To investigate the hemodynanic changes of uterine artery in patient with endometriosis treating with retention enema of chinese medicine. Methods Thirty-two endometriosis patients were examined with transvaginal ultrasonography. The resistance index （RI） of the uterine artery blood flow was determined before and after treatment. Results In endometriosis patients after treatment, the RI value of uterine artery in midduteal phase was significant different from that of pretreatment. Conclusions Retention enema with traditional chinese medicine not only improves patients clinical symptoms, but also decreases the RI value of uterine artery in the midluteal phase.
