An Research on Individual Position in Internation Law

近几年来,国际法上有关个人的地位问题引起了我国学者的重视。从国际公约中关于个人权利义务的规定的角度出发,对该问题进行实证性研究,对国际法中个人的地位做出符合国际现实的界定。

The position of individuals in international law has aroused much attention in China in recent years. In order to observe a reasonable conclusion, we should adopt the method to review the practice of individual in internationalrelations and provisions about fights and obligations of individual in international pact. It is a moderate way to ascertainthe position of individual in international law in the need of according with international praxis.
