中药951对射线所致小鼠肠道微生态失调的调整作用

REGULATING EFFECTS OF CHINESE MEDICINAL HERB 951 ON DYSBIOSIS IN MICE INTESTINE EXPOSED TO X-RAY

本实验证实：致死量［１］（２１．３ＯＧＹ相当于２０００伦琴）的Ｘ线能造成小鼠肠道微生态失调，肠道中的肠球菌、肠杆菌、类杆菌、双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌数均有显著改变（Ｐ＜０．０１）。中药９５１具有显著地治疗和预防射线所致微生态失调的作用，并且与阳性对照组（丽珠肠乐）相比具有一定优势。

The results showed that X-ray of Lethal amount(21.30GY)could make the dysbiosis of an mouse intestine and there were significant changes(P<0.01)in enterococcus,bifidobacterium,lactobacillus,bacteroid and enterobacterium numbers in the intestines. Chinese herbal medicine 951 has an significant effect on treating and preventing dysbiosis exposed to X-ray,and an advantage over the positive controls.
