An Analysis of Government Procurement in Poor Counties in the Frame of Model of Game Theory

与经济发达地区的政府采购相比,贫困县政府采购存在资金少、规模小、市场相对滞后、寻租现象普遍等问题。应完善采购资金管理,创新采购模式,建立县级政府采购信息系统,建立全方位的监督机制,以完善贫困县政府采购。

The government procurement in counties has already been launched, but the financial situation of poor counties in China is complicated, which leads to a lot of problems in government procurement in counties. Beginning with the study of model of game theory, this paper propeses some suggestions which could improve government procurement in poor counties, such as strengthening procuremeat budget, innovating procurement mode, setting up government procurement information system, establishing supervisory system.
