农村人口流动不可否认是我国农村经济发展的必由之路,是我国农村大量富余劳动力转移的重要途径,对我国经济和社会的发展起到重要作用,特别是对农村的发展与稳定至关重要。与此同时,农村人口流动也产生了一些不利于农村社会稳定的因素。应保持农村人口的适度流动,并采取必要的改革与相关措施,消除消极影响,最终使农村人口流动能够真正地转移出农村剩余劳动力,促进我国城市化和工业化的发展,最终促进和维护农村社会的稳定。

Tbe village population flow is necessary in rural economic development in China, and is the best way to transfer the remaining agricultural laberers. And this helps the development of China＇ s society and economy, especially, helps rural development and stability. On the other hand, it also produces some disadvantages influencing rural stability. This paper puts forward the countermeasure to solve the problem.
