摘要
意义的双层性就是指固定短语既具有表层意义又具有深层意义。意义的双层性是成语区别于其他固定短语的本质特点。
In the paper the author compares Chinese idioms with other fixed phrases. It holds that the characteristic of double meanings is the distinguishing feature of Chinese idioms that has both superficial meaning and deepened meaning. The characteristic of double meanings is the essential feature that distinguishes the Chinese idioms from other fixed phrases.
