Professional moral standards and service commitment is one of the important contents in cultural construction of an enterprise, so its founding is of great significance to set up credit system in the industry and enterprises and to enhance key competitiveness of enterprises. The professional moral standards in the hydroelectricity exploration and design industry mentioned in this paper are： attentiveness, punctuality, standard and honesty. The service commitments include： satisfying customers, reassuring the government and winning praises from the society.
