贵州省乡镇卫生院供需状况分析

Analysis of supply and demands situation of township hospitals in Guizhou province

目的:分析贵州省农民卫生服务需要、需求及乡镇卫生院卫生服务资源水平(供方能力)及其卫生服务利用。方法:依据全国第3次卫生服务调查贵州省抽样调查资料及2002年卫生统计年报表对乡镇卫生院供需进行描述性研究。结果:全省农村居民的2周患病率为15.34%,2周就诊率为16.03%,应就诊未就诊率为44.53%;乡镇卫生院平均每千人口床位数0.44张,卫技人员大专及以上与中专学历比例为1∶3.4,中级及以上构成与初级职称比例为1∶8,医护比为1∶0.2;床位使用率为30.67%;患者未就诊原因经济困难占50.4%;选择就诊医疗单位原因距离近占58.8%。结论:贵州省农村卫生服务呈现出高需要、低利用的特点,卫生服务需求低下的影响因素主要是经济困难和卫生服务质量。

Objective： To analyze the health service demands of rural residents and the health resources supply and utilization of the township hospitals in Guizhou. Methods： Data from both the third countrywide health service sampling investigation in Guizhou and the forms of annual reporting statistics of supply and demands situation of township hospitals in 2002. Rusults： Two-weeks prevalence rate of rural residents was 15.34% and two-weeks going to a doctor rate was 16.03%. The beds per thousand people were 0.44 in the township hospitals and the utilization rate of beds was 30.67%. 50.4% of no going to a doctor because of poor economy. The proportion of academic persons with middle or above professional post and junior professional tides was 1 to 8 ;the proportion of doctor and nurse was 1 to 0.2. Conclusion： The characteristics of rural health service in Guizhou are ＂low health resources utilization and high health service need＂. The key is low health service quality and poor economy.
