摘要
这里简要介绍了电火花加工(EDM)的原理,为满足其加工要求,将PC机强大的软硬件资源、友好的人机界面和单片机优秀的实时控制功能、灵活的编程能力有机的结合起来,开发出电火花机床计算机数字控制系统(CNC),并实现了对电火花加工过程的模糊控制。实验表明该系统具有运行可靠、加工稳定、加工效率高和可视化图形操作界面、操作简单等特点。
The principle of the Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) is briefly introduced. In order to satisfy the machining requirements, a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) system for EDM is developed, in which the each superiority of PC and Microcontroller are utilized, respectively in the strong resource of hardware/software, and superior real - time control performance and flexible programming ability. Also the Fuzzy control is applied in the CNC. Extensive experiments show that the CNC is reliable, stable and efficient and is easy to perform with the visual interface.
