摘要
概述了过滤机上采用压榨技术的重要意义,结合自动箱式及板框式压滤机的薄膜压榨技术,推导出一维恒压压榨脱水的数学模型及理论解,计算出理论平均压榨比与压榨时间(UT2-Jt)的关系,并同实际情况进行了比较,其一致性良好。
The thesis outlines the important significance to apply expression technology in filtering. By combining auto tank type and plate type filter film expression technology, we deduce the mathmatic mode and theoretic solution on one dimensional constant pressure expressing and dewatering. Then calculate the rela- tionship between theoretic average expression ratio and expression time（ UT2- Jt） . Through comparing with practice, better coineidenee is achieved.
