摘要
介绍了基于网络协作的制造系统构建的多Agent理论,针对现有分布式异构设备情况,提出了一种基于网络协作的制造系统体系结构,并阐述了该系统的信息流程,提出了解决了分布式制造系统中的制造资源集成和全局协调等问题的方法,并根据体系结构给出了系统软件控制实例,证明了该制造系统体系结构的有效性。
According to the modernization and Information requirement of mechanical mould manufacture enterprises in Shenzhen, a manufacture system architecture is proposed based on'the existing distributed heterogeneous equipments in modern design and mechanical technology training center of Shenzhen Polytechnic. By using MultiAgent technology, the manufacturing system can allocate the manufacture assignments agilely, cooperatively and dynamically. This system can integrate and coordinate heterogeneous manufacturing resources. Based on the system architecture, a system software has been designed and passed the test successfully in the training center.
