摘要
GABA的免疫组织化学定位研究是比较特殊且困难的方法,以往的研究在方法上存在许多缺憾。我们对此进行了改良:用0.5%戊二醛,4%多聚甲醛,0.2%苦味酸固定液灌注固定,振动切片,漂片方法,研究了中枢和周围神经系统中GABA的免疫组织化学定位,得到了满意的结果,避免了内源性、代谢性GABA呈色,达到快速、经济之目的。
It was more difficulty to localize GABA-ergic neurons and terminals immunohistochemically. There are many disadvent ages in previous method. An improved method, perfusing animals with a fixative containing 0. 5% glutaraldehyde, 4%paraformaldehyde and 0. 2% picric acid in 0. 1 mol/L phosphate buffer, free floating sections, is used to localize GABA-irneurons and terminals in the central and periphery nervous system. The method avoided staining of metabolic GABA in neurons and realized the aim of short span and economic.
