辛醇/乙醇混合液处理的牛颈静脉的遗传毒理学评价

Mutagenic Toxicity Evaluations of the Bovine Jugular Vein Graft Treated by Octanol/Alcohol Mixture

【目的】对辛醇/乙醇混合液处理的牛颈静脉的遗传毒性进行评价。【方法】采用微核试验、染色体畸变试验及AMES试验进行遗传毒性评价。【结果】试验组股骨骨髓细胞微核率及染色体畸变率与阴性对照组之间χ2检验差异无显著性(P>0.05);与阳性对照环磷酰胺组差异有显著性(P<0.05);AMES试验中试验组菌落数均未超过阴性对照组菌落数的2倍,试验结果为阴性。【结论】辛醇/乙醇混合液处理的牛颈静脉无明显遗传毒性作用。

[Objective] To evaluate the mutagenie toxicity ofthe bovine jugular vein graft treated by octanol/alcohol mixture. [Methods]The micronucleus （MN） test, chromosome aberration（CA） test and Ames test were applied to evaluate the mutagenic toxicity. [Results]The MN rates and CA rates between the experimental groups and negative control groups showed no obvious distinctions. The results of the Ames test was normal. [Conclusion] The bovine jugular vein graft treated by octanol/alcohol mixture has no mutagenie toxicity.
