农村唇腭裂患者生活质量及其影响因素的研究

A Study on Quality of Life and Influence Factors in Rural Patients with Congenital Cleft Lip and/or Palate

【目的】了解农村成年唇腭裂患者的生活质量状况,探讨影响生活质量的因素,为改善患者的生活质量提供理论依据。【方法】采用生活质量综合问卷(GQOLI-74)对78名农村成年唇腭裂患者及50名农村正常成年人的生活质量进行评价。【结果】农村成年唇腭裂患者生活质量总分及各维度均低于对照组。其中对生活质量影响作用最大的是:心理健康维度。农村唇腭裂患者的生活质量受多种因素影响。【结论】农村成年唇腭裂患者生活质量较差,患者的生活质量受多种因素影响。对唇腭裂患者临床治疗的同时,要重视心理、社会等因素。

[Objective]To study the quality of life and their influence factor in the rural adult patients with congenital cleft lip and/or palate and to provide evidences for improving the quality of life in patients. [Methods]The quality of life was evaluated in 78 rural adult patients with congenital cleft lip and/or palate and in 50 controls, The assessment included Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74. [Results]The patients were reported significantly lower scores of quality of life than the controls in many aspects for patients, the most important dimension affecting quality of life was psychological condition. The life quality of the rural adult patients was affected by many factors, [Conclusion]The life quality of the rural adult patients with cleft lip and palate is rather poor, The quality of life is affected by many factors, It is necessary to think much of psychological and social factors in clinical treatment.
