143例肾移植患者家族情况及血型分析

Analysis of 143 Cases with Kidney Transplantation

【目的】了解肾移植患者的年龄、性别、家族史和血型分布等。【方法】对143例肾移植患者的家族情况及血型进行调查与统计分析。【结果】肾移植患者男性多于女性,性别差异具非常显著性,男女平均年龄差异无显著性,≥36岁患者占65.0%。患者中ABO血型分布为:O型占40.5%、A型占32.9%、B型占18.9%、AB型占7.7%;Rh阳性占99.3%,Rh阴性占0.7%。肾移植患者与一般人群ABO血型、Rh血型的分布差异无显著性。【结论】ABO血型和Rh血型与肾移植病例无明显相关。肾衰多发生在35岁之后,男女性别的差异可能因女性就医受社会、经济等条件制约。

[Objective]To investigate the age, sex, family history and blood type etc. in kidney transplantation cases. [Methods]The survey and statistical analysis were made on 143 cases with kidney transplantation. [Results]The male cases were more than female cases and the sex difference was very significant. The difference of average ages between male and female was not significant. The 65.0% cases were ≥36 years old. The ABO blood type of the cases was O（40.5%）, A（32.9%）, B（18.9%）, AB（7.7%）. Rh positive was 99.3%, Rh negative was 0.7 %. The difference of ABO blood type and Rh blood type between the kidney transplantation cases and normal group were not significant. [Conclusion]The ABO and Rh blood type have not obvious effect on kidney transplantation cases. Renal failure mostly occurs after 35 years old. Sex difference may be due to social or economic condition.
