摘要
由于在某些特殊环境场合要求通过细小的孔径对内部的液体密度进行检测,为此设计了一种音叉振动式液体密度传感器。在简要叙述其工作原理的基础上,介绍了该传感器谐振电路的设计。指出温度特性是影响传感器性能的关键因素,为此该系统摒弃传统的硬件补偿方法,引入了软件温度补偿法。实验结果表明:该传感器精度高,调试方便,具有较高的工程应用价值。
Due to the demands in certain unique environment that the internal liquid density is detected through the trivial apertures, a tuning fork vibrating liquid density sensor is designed, Except the operational principle of the sensor is described, the design of the resonance circuit is presented. The temperature characteristic is the key factor, which affects the performance of the sensor. So that, the software temperature compensation is introduced which replaces the conventional hardware method. The experimental result shows that the sensor offers high precision and is easy to adjust. This sensor is valuable in the field of engineering application.
