The paper introduces the fault detection system of roller motor placed in 1580 hot rolling stripe product line.Fast data acquisition and anti-jamming of the system was discussed in detail for ADAM module and RS485.Realtime printing based on the Windows operating system was introduced in order to record motor fault immediately.
