摘要
通过部分建模,使用通用CFD软件对用水洗法清洗土壤的清洗机槽内流场进行了仿真。分析了在一定条件下,出水口高度对分离效果的影响。结果表明:出水口高度为350mm时,清洗效果最好。为土壤清洗机的设计提供了依据。
Through part modeling, fluid field in the trough of soil-cleaning machine which cleans soil with water is simulated with general CFD software. Analyzed the height of the water outlet affects on the separating capability in the definite condition.The result of simulation indicates:When the height of the water outlet holes is 350mm, the cleanout effect is the best. Providing basis for designing soil-cleaning machine.
