基于ANSYS技术的固支圆形膜片弹性特性分析 被引量:5

摘要 受侧向载荷作用的圆形金属膜片可作为一种弹性功能元件,常用于防止装置超压或实现某些特定的工艺操作,在许多行业被大量使用。几何和材料非线性的特点使得其弹性特性的解析计算非常困难,其设计和制造主要依赖于反复的实验。文中采用有限元软件ANSYS7.0对周边固支圆形金属膜片的弹性特性进行了有限元的分析,研究影响其弹性特性变化的规律和其主要因素,分析结果对于圆形金属膜片的设计与制造提供了科学依据。 The round metallic film functioned by side load is commonly used in preventing arrester exceeding pressure or some given work operation, and then slathered in many ways. But the nonlinear characteristic of the materials and the geometry make its resolution and calculation very difficult, and so its design or production mainly depends on repeating experimentation. This paper used the finite element software ANSY7.0 to analyse the elasticity characteristic of the round metallic film mentioned above, and study the rule and the main leaven factors of the change in its elasticity, and the analysis result proveded a scientific gist for the design and production of the round metallic film.
