摘要
基于PLC设计出完整的车床电气控制系统。硬件部分介绍了利用PLC进行控制系统设计的步骤;软件部分阐述了程序设计思路,并给出部分梯形图。本系统既可以用于新型车床的开发也可以用于车床的数控改造。
A complete electrical control system of lathe is designed based on PLC. Process of control system design using PLC is introduced in section of hardware; Ideas of program design are provided in section of software, and partly ladder logic is given. This system can be applied to both new type lathe development and lathe numerical control reform.
