核恐怖主义与民用放射源的安全
摘要
反恐是目前国际安全领域的中心任务之一。由于放射性物质存在现实和潜在的危害，可能被恐怖分子利用来制造恐怖事件，放射性物质的安全问题和核恐怖主义已成为国际社会广泛关注的问题。
