摘要
循环泵是汽液相平衡实验系统的关键部件之一,它为汽相或者液相在系统中的循环提供动力,使其能快速、均匀地混合达到相平衡状态。针对低温相平衡实验的特点设计出一种电磁循环泵,具有小流量、耐高压(0<P<7MPa)、流量连续可调、可以在低温环境下使用等优点,经过测试能满足实验室要求。
The recirculation pump is a key element in a vapor- liquid equilibrium experimental system. It provides a power to drive the vapor phase or liquid phase in the recirculation loop, and mix them rapidly and homogeneously in order to get phase equilibrium. The recireulafion pump given here is designed for the characteristics of low-temperature phase equilibrium experiment, which is capable of being operated in a wide range of pressures (0 〈 p 〈 7 MPa) and low temperatures. The recirculation pump can also provide a low flow rate, which can be made continuous adjustments according to the requirements of the phase equilibrium experiment.
