摘要
采用有限元方法,从叶片振动特性、轮盘振动特性和盘片耦合振动特性三个方面对两种类型的压气机叶轮进行了对比研究.指出了两者叶片在振动中表现出的不同振型和随转速变化的不同规律.对比分析了叶片对轮盘系统振动频率的影响,以及节径数对盘片耦合振动频率的影响.
The finite element method is applied, vibration characteristics are contrastively investigated on blade, disk and coupled blade-disk for two types of compressors. The different vibration modes and relationship between vibration modes and rotation speed are studied. Both blade-disks are contrastively studied from the effect of blades on disk vibration frequency and the effect of node lines on coupled vibration frequency.
