摘要
介绍了大批量定制生产模式的概念,分析了推动其发展的关键技术因素,阐述了虚拟组织是大批量定制的主要企业组织模式;虚拟组织内部企业做到模块化,运用面向大批量定制的供应链管理等是基于虚拟组织下的大规模定制开发设计、制造及其全过程实现的有力保证。
Introducing the some key concepts in mass customization, analyzing to push the key technique factor that it develop, elaborating that virtual organization is the main business enterprise organization mode in mass customization; Modularization enterprise in virtual organization,, supply chain management and so on , all make sure of mass customization from the development design, manufacturing to its whole process realization.
