Research on Product Cost Estimation Based on Material Information Extracting from Parts List of Drawing

分析了从工程图纸明细表提取物料信息和在此基础上实现快速构建产品结构树的方法和技术。针对原始图纸中不带有物料编码信息的物料清单,提出了基于待汇总物料集合的统计汇总模型,通过建立中介模板进行物料清单的汇总,从而可以利用获取的物料清单等信息实现CAD系统与ERP系统各分系统的信息集成,介绍了利用获取的物料清单信息实现快速成本估算的实例。

Analyze the method and techniques of extracting material information from engineer drawings and establishing product Structure. According to the materials which don＇t have material code in the drawing , put forward statistics model basing on materials being collected, the materials can be statisticsed by the medium template, research the integration of the CAD and ERP system, describe research and application of the product cost estimation with extracting material information.
