植物生长延缓剂的生化效应 被引量:95

摘要 植物生长延缓剂的生化功能主要是抑制GA的生物合成。根据抑制的位置,分成类化合物(抑制GGPP转变为内根-贝壳杉烯的过程)、含氮杂环化合物(抑制内根-贝壳杉烯转变为内根-贝壳杉烯酸的过程)和酰基环己烷二酮(抑制GA12醛转变为GA8的过程)等三类。某些植物生长延缓剂还有抑制甾醇生物合成,影响ABA、乙烯、多胺及细胞分裂素代谢等副作用。
