首钢高强船板的焊接适应性

摘要 主要阐述了首钢研制开发的高强船板A36、D36对手工焊和埋弧自动焊工艺的适应性。其中,手工焊的焊接工艺试验按照中国船级社的认证要求进行,埋弧自动焊的工艺试验按照挪威和法国船级社的认证要求进行。试验结果表明,A36、D36高强船板的焊接适应性良好。 The adaptability to SMAW and SAW of high strength ship-building plate A36, D36 produced by Shougang is studied in the paper. The welding procedure of SMAW was made according to the standard of CCS and that of SAW was made according to the standard of DNV and BV. The experiment results show that Shougang' s high strength ship-building plate A36, D36 have good welding adaptability.
