铁路桥梁列车制动力的试验研究与计算分析 被引量:24

摘要 列车制动力是作用于铁路桥梁结构设计的重要荷载之一。通过对货运机车车辆制动参数和制动特性的试验研究,对列车单元车体最大制动力进行了理论分析和计算;编制了计算程序ZDL,通过对我国不同长度的现营重载货运列车编组的动力计算,得到了不同长度桥梁结构的最大制动力率为0.2和有效制动力率为0.17。与实际桥梁紧急制动试验结果值对比符合较好。进一步提出了对重载货运列车紧急制动进行全过程动态描述的动力计算方法。为确定我国铁路桥梁制动力荷载提供了实桥试验研究结果和理论分析依据。 Train braking force is one of the important loads for the design of railway bridges. The maximum braking force of unit locomotive and carriage is theoretically analyzed and calculated through experiments and theoretical analyses on different braking coefficients and braking characteristics of freight trains. A program ZDL was developed. By conducting dynamic calculations on heavy haul freight trains with different lengths presently in operation in China, the maximum braking force ratio of 0.2 and the effective braking force ratio of 0.17 are obtained for bridge structures with different lengths. The simulated results agree well with that of the real bridge in emergency braking tests. The dynamic calculation method for full-range dynamic description when emergency braking is applied to heavy haul freight train is proposed. The results of the present study provide one basis for determining the braking forces on railway bridges.
