液液微萃取气相色谱法快速测定硝基苯 被引量:11

Rapid Determination of Nitrobenzene in Songhua River by Liquid-Liquid Micro-extraction Gas Chromatograph

摘要 以正己烷为萃取剂,采用液液微萃取气相色谱法对松花江水体中的硝基苯进行了快速测定。该方法的检测下限为0.1μg/L,测定标准偏差(sD)为1.16~5.54μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于6.5%,加标回收率为100.72%~108.02%。对比结果显示,该方法与其他实验室测定结果的最大偏差为6%。 The concentration of nitrobenzene in Sonhua River water was rapidly determined by gas chromatograph using liquid-liquid micro-extraction with n-hexane as extractant. For the method, the lower detection limit was 0.1 μg/L, while the standard deviation was 1.16 -5.54 μg/L and the relative standard deviation was less than 6.5%, and recovery with standard addition was 100.72% -108.02%. The comparison result of this method with other laboratory determination shows that the maximum deviation is 6%.
