摘要
针对长输埋地热油管道轴向温降计算误差大的问题,在充分考虑影响热油管道轴向温降各种因素的基础上,研究了油品物性(密度、比热容、粘度)和总传热系数与温度变化的关系,建立了热油管道稳定运行时轴向温降的数学模型,并采用预测-校正法求解数学模型。该模型较适用于有进出油点的管道,与常规的计算方法比较,该模型更接近实测值,精度较高。
The axial temperature drop on crude pipeline is studied when it is running in gear. Crude pipeline nearly is buried,moreover the long distance,many factors affect the temperature drop,some factors change with time and distance,so it is difficult to calculate the axial temperature drop on crude pipeline. This paper considers each influence factor of axial temperature drop on crude pipeline and physic parameter of oil (density,specific heat capacity and viscosity) and total heat transfer coefficient changing with temperature. The mathematical model is established on axial temperature drop when buried crude pipeline in running in gear. The model is suitable to the pipeline with in-or-out branch lines. The prediction-correlation method is used to solve the mathematical model. A comparison is carried out on conventional calculation methods and the result of the model shows a better reading, close to the fact.
