In the present paper, one genus and two species of Pamphagidae from Ningxia are described as new to science. All the type specimens are kept in the Institute of Zoology, Shaanxi Normal University.Paratmethis gen. nov.Body of medium size. Apex of vertex rightangUlar. Fastigium of vertex rounded towards the front. Frontal ridge distinctly concaved under median ocelus, protruded between antenna, the length of protuberance equal to half the horizontal diameter of eyes. Lateral facial keels clearly, but not seen from above. longitudinal diameter of eyes shorter than subocular furrow. Anterior and posterior margin of pronotum protuberance acutangular; median carina deeply cut into toothing by sulcuses; prozona shorter than metazona. Elytra shorter, reaching the hasal part of anal-plate. Posterior tibia With inner and outer apical spines.Type species: Paratmethis flavitibtalis sp. nov.The new genus is closed to Filchnerella Karny and Eotmethis B. -Bienko, but differs from the former in the frontal ridge concaved under median oculus; protruded between atennae, It differs from the latter in the fastigitnn of vertex rounded towards the front.Paratmethis flavitibialis sp. nov. (figs.1～ 4)Coloration: Body dull yellowish brown; hind femur without stripes, orange-brown on inside and outside; hind tibia complete orange on both sides.Female unknown.Length of body:♂ 24mm; length of pronotum: ♂ 8mm; length of elytra: ♂ 14mm;length of hind femur= ♂ 14mm. Holotype ♂, Ningxia: Tongxin County, July 1960, collected by Huang Shilan.pseudotnethis ruffemoralis sp. nov. (figs.5 ～ 7)The new species is allied to Psendotmethis brachyptera Li, but differs in: l) elytra longer, distinctly exceed mid. of hind femur; 2) length 2.9 times larger than width of elytra; 3) length of elytra about 1.13 times larger than pronotum; 4) inner side of hind femur redish-yellow.Female unknown.Length of body: ♂ 21 mm; length of pronotum:♂ 8mm; length of elytra:♂ 9mm;length of hind femur: ♂ 12mm.Holotype♂ , Ningha: Helan mountain, 1920m, July 25, 1967, collected byTian Chou.
