构建和谐社会与图书馆信息扶贫

要保持社会和谐稳定,就必须保证社会各阶层作为公民的每一个社会成员,在政治、经济、文化、福利等各个方面的基本权利,其中也包括信息知情权、信息拥有权和信息使用权。图书馆作为国家信息资源的保存者和传递者,在目前还存在严重信息不对称的条件下,如何搞好信息扶贫,弱化和消除社会各阶层之间在信息方面的差异,对构建和谐社会做出应有的贡献,是图书馆不可推卸的一项基本职责。

To maintain the harmony and stability of a society,the basic rights of people in all ranks, who are citizens in a society , must be guaranteed, that are, the rights on politics , economy, culture and welfare, etc., including the fights of knowing, possessing and using the information. As a preserver and deliverer of a country＇s information resources, the library should contribute to construct a harmonious society on how to add more information, reduce and eliminate information differences of all ranks because a severe information asymmetry exists at present. This is a basic responsibility that can not be shirked, by the library.
