连铸机开发280 mm×340 mm矩形坯的技术改造

Technical Reform of Caster for 280 mm×340 mm Rectangular Bloom at Rizhao Steel

日照钢铁有限公司根据H型钢生产的需要,开发生产了280 mm×340 mm矩形坯。介绍了1号连铸机的生产情况,并针对新产品连铸坯的技术要求,对连铸机的拉速、结晶器及振动装置、冷却系统、夹持装置及火焰切割等进行了设计计算;提出了浇铸钢水的成分及温度要求;改进了连铸机的生产操作工艺。试生产表明,该产品的内在及外观质量均能满足轧钢工艺的要求。

To meet the requirement for producing H-beams, 280 mm× 340 mm rectangular bloom was developed at Rizhao Iron ＆ Steel Co. , Ltd.. Based on the operating conditions of continuous casting machine and the technical requirements of new bloom, withdrawing speed, mould and oscillating unit , cooling system, clamping device and flame cut were calculated and designed. The chemical composition and temperature required for continuous molten steel are put forward and the continuous casting operating is improved. Tests show that the quality of new blooms can meet steel rolling requirement.
