Recovery and Comprehensive Utilization of Converter Gas

摘要 应用炉口微差压技术,将RD阀的开度与吹炼规律结合起来,减少了外溢烟气量和吸入空气量,增加了回收时间,提高了所回收转炉煤气的质量,回收煤气φ(CO)达65%以上,最高达85%,实现了自动回收转炉煤气;制订了50 000 m3转炉煤气柜验收标准;结合转炉煤气的特性,分析研究其组成成分及热值,开发了用户。标准状况下煤气回收量达到吨钢96 m3,最高为102 m3。 Applying the technology of micro-differential pressure to converter mouth and uniting RD valve opening degree and smelting rule together, the quantity of overflowing fume outside and the deal of inhaled air are reduced, the time of recovering converter gas is increased, the quality of recovered converter gas recovered is improved, the CO content of gas recovered reaches 65%, the highest up to 85 %. the checking and accepting standard of 50 000 m^3 converter gas cabinet is constituted. The composition and the heat value of converter gas are analyzed. The gas recovered reaches 96 m^3/t,and the highest up to 102 m^3/to
