人类社会法律秩序形成的深层制约构架可以归结为实践格局和社会经济结构,其中前者是历史本体,后者是现实基础。法律秩序作为社会经济结构的意志化形态,又是具有相对独立性的自治性特殊领域,它对社会经济结构的反映机制是复杂的。

The present paper attributes the order of law in human society to practice patters and the structure of social economy, the former of which is the theory of historical ontology, while the latter is the basis of reality. The order of law refleets the determined state of the structure of social economy, and meanwhile exits as a special autonomic field with relative independence. The order of law has a complicated mapping mechanism for the structure of social economy.
