胃得舒散剂中甲氧氯普胺含量测定方法的建立

Establishing of Method to Assay the Content of Weideshu Powder

以0.1 mol/L HCl为溶剂,采用紫外分光光度法测定胃得舒散剂的含量,建立起含量测定的质量控制方法。结果表明,胃得舒散剂的含量测定的回归方程为A=0.0414C-0.0022(r=0.9994),平均回收率为(99.11±9.6)%,CV=1.90%。用该方法测定胃得舒散剂中甲氧氯普胺的含量方便快捷,测定结果可靠。

The solvent was 0.1 mol/L of HCl, to determine the content of Weideshu powder by ultraviolet spectrophotometry , to establish the quality control method for assaying. The results showed that the regression equation from ultraviolet spectrophotometry was： A=0. 0414C- 0. 0022 （r= 0.9994） ,the average recovery rate was （99.11 ± 9.6） %, CV= 1.90% （n= 6）. Determining the content of metoclopramide in Weideshu powder by ultraviolet spectrophotometry was simple and quick, the result was reliable.
